Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Initial Retainers

Initial retainer deposits are non-refundable as they secure calendar exclusivity and initiate planning services immediately.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

In the event of cancellation or date change request received more than 60 days prior to the event date, partial refunds or balance transfers may apply according to your service agreement.

3. Third-Party Vendors

Refunds for third-party venue, catering, or equipment rentals are governed by individual vendor contract terms.
